  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email notification with your order details.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or stock shortages, processing may take longer — we’ll notify you in that case.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities (India) 3–5 business days
Other Cities (India) 5–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (or your chosen threshold).

  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount or for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

  • You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing the order.

  • 9Series is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@9series.in — changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.


7. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • In rare cases of courier delays or lost packages, we’ll work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us for assistance.


8. International Shipping (if applicable)
