1. Overview

At 9Series, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, you may request a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The returned items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, with all tags, labels and packaging intact.

  • Items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect (i.e., you received something other than what was ordered) may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Change-of-mind returns (i.e., you simply no longer wish to keep the product) are accepted subject to the above condition and only if the item is eligible for such.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for refund if expressly stated as final-sale, customised/personalised, hygiene-sensitive, or otherwise excluded. (Specify which categories if applicable.)

3. How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange

  2. We will review your request and reply with instructions, including shipping details and any references required.

  3. Please await our return-authorisation before shipping items back to us (if required).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of our decision. If approved, processing will begin.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days (or as per your bank/payment provider’s timeframe) to reflect in your account after we process them.

  • Shipping and handling charges, where applicable, are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • If you received a discount or used a voucher, the refund amount may reflect the discounted price you paid.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, colour or variant), please mention this in your request.

  • Exchange items are subject to stock availability. If the replacement variant is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.

6. Items Damaged On Arrival or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • We will arrange for return and replacement or full refund at our cost (including return shipping) for such cases.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the item is shipped.

  • If you cancel after shipping, you may be required to initiate a return once the items are delivered and follow the standard return process.
